The PRO-AM is superior in terms of construction, quality, and materials, but most importantly, it’s playability is second to none. With Diamond pool tables, the main difference is the one-piece slate design featured in 7′, 8′, and 9′ models. The PRO-AM has rapidly gained the respect of the professional, amateur, and casual players everywhere.

Massive 7” rail construction utilizing six pieces of solid Oak or Ash hardwood butcher-blocked together. One piece of poplar is used in the front portion of rail. This construction prevents warping.
Poplar wood is used in the front of the rail to glue the cushion rubber directly to the sub-rail. Poplar accepts staples easier than other wood types, when covering cushions with cloth. ¼” feather strip channel is cut into the top of rail for securing cloth over the top side of the cushion then stapled to the bottom side of the poplar wood on all Diamond pool tables.
Burn and dent resistant Dymondwood – (5/8” thickness) is glued on the top and side of the butcher-block rail system for extreme durability. K-55 profile cushions are “glued” (not bolted) directly to the rail system for consistent rebound and optimum playability.

Processing & Shipping Time
Small Parcel: Smaller items and accessories will be shipped within 1 business day via the most economical service from FedEx, UPS or USPS for FREE. Larger games and furniture may incur a shipping charge. Please call to request expedited shipping as additional charges may apply.
International Orders:
Please contact us for international rates. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties associated with their purchase. Maine Home Recreation can help navigate the customs process or a customs broker when needed.
LTL Truck Freight: All in stock games ship within 48-72 hours. Once shipped, please allow 1-2 weeks for arrival. A MHR team member will reach out if your selected product has a longer lead time. You’ll be provided with your tracking number once we confirm pick-up by the freight carrier. Once the game has shipped and arrives at the delivery terminal, the Freight Carrier will contact you to set up a 3-4 hour delivery window.
LTL truck freight comes with curbside delivery. This means the freight company is not responsible for carrying the product into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase. For heavier items, we strongly recommend that you have the appropriate assistance available at the time of delivery. All freight items are fully insured. Please read How to Accept Your Freight Shipment.
White Glove Delivery and Installation: For items being delivered inside our Maine Home Recreation coverage area, rest assured that we will do everything we can to provide you with the best service in the business! Our installers are well trained and can deliver and professionally install every game we sell. We will treat you, your product, and your home/business with the utmost care. Our reputation means everything to us. Treating our customers the way we want to be treated by providing quality products and excellent service is where that all starts.
For items that include professional installation outside of our coverage area your product will ship directly to a certified billiard technician in your area. A Maine Home Recreation Team Member will still reach out directly to confirm order details, but the installation appointment will be coordinated directly with the local company.
Returns
If you have any issues with your item please reach out to us. We will work with you to make it right or accept a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
For items ordered in error, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
For items that we shipped in error or that were damaged in transit by the carrier, we will provide a return shipping label.
Please call regarding all larger items that were shipped via LTL Truck Freight.
Service Work Warranty
Maine Home Recreation warranties the installation of any quality brand pool table we install for the lifetime of the table. This includes leveling. Slate seams and items that are detrimental to the pool table structure or cloth will be scheduled and done immediately. Minor leveling, adjustments, and other non-emergency issues will be scheduled for the next time we are in the area. Maine Home Recreation takes no liability for tables placed against recommendation or for tables set up by customer request against accepted industry best practices. If a table is moved from its original location, you will also void this warranty.
Manufacturer Warranty
All product warranty is provided by the manufacturer – if any. Please refer to the links below or contact us if you have any questions regarding warranty terms for a particular product.
Products are warrantied by the manufacturer based upon proper usage of the product only.
